Subsequently, we transitioned the legal form to a GmbH (limited liability company). This change became effective upon entry in the Commercial Register on September 26, 2023.
Nothing in our existing contracts, agreements or business relationships will change as a result of the merger and change of legal form. All agreements remain valid and are continued by Bischoff + Scheck GmbH.
