To further increase our efficiency and to be able to offer you even more robust solutions in the future, we have decided to merge Bischoff + Scheck Automation AG and Bischoff + Scheck Rental and Services AG onto Bischoff + Scheck AG as the receiving legal entity. Subsequently, we transitioned the legal form to a GmbH (limited liability company). This change became effective upon entry in the Commercial Register on September 26, 2023.
\nNothing in our existing contracts, agreements or business relationships will change as a result of the merger and change of legal form. All agreements remain valid and are continued by Bischoff + Scheck GmbH.
